Wesley Resiliency Center
Building & Empowering the South Phoenix Community
Wesley is humbled to announce, in partnership with Arizona Faith Network, a community-focused resiliency center program. This center will be open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am – 2 pm when visitors can access our outdoor shower, laundry facility, clothing closet, and food pantry. In addition, referrals onsite for housing service, substance abuse treatment, and other community programs will be available, along with access to free vaccines and basic medical screenings as scheduled. Please check out our calendar of events to note when there are specific offerings for services. Wesley Resiliency Center programs are open to all, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, education, citizenship, Disability status, or any other potentially discriminating practice.
If you are interested in volunteering with the center, don’t hesitate to contact the church office to complete the volunteer application process. If you are interested in donating to the center, such as hygiene supplies, food, water, laundry supplies, clothing, etc., please contact the church to assess current needs and schedule a drop-off time. Finally, if you are interested in partnering with the center to offer a resource/referral connection or other intentional partnership that builds and empowers the South Phoenix Community, please get in touch with Arizona Faith Network or the church office for follow-up. If you want to know our current services, a PDF in Spanish is available here and English is here.
